Eligibility for Job at IKEA:
You need to understand the values of IKEA, of simplicity and togetherness and be able to carry forward these at IKEA.
Education requirements include a Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Interior Designing or Architecture. IKEA has many openings for freshers also but experience in carpentry, construction, fit out, building industry or exhibition installations, retail and home furnishing experience will definitely be advantageous.
Its also important for you to have an aesthetic sense and be able to communicate to the customers about the product, fittings and design.
